Mission & Vision
Mission: To strengthen the overall capacity of disaster management by reducing the risk to the people, especially the poor and vulnerable, and to establish an emergency response system capable of dealing with disasters.

Vision: To reduce the endangered population to a tolerable level due to the adverse effects of natural climate and man-made disasters.
